We package our products as securely as possible.  However, if your order arrives damaged or opened, please refuse delivery from UPS and Contact Us immediately.  We must receive your request within 24 hours of delivery and we will be glad to replace the damaged or opened product at no cost.

We would also exchange any products you feel are defective or are incorrect.  The request must be made using our Contact Us  page within 24 hours or delivery. 

We reserve the right to accept or reject a refund request.
